- Generating draft Alberta probate forms from information you provide
- Providing general information about probate procedures
- Offering step-by-step legal information for self-help use
- Helping organize draft forms for review before filing
- Not submitting an application to the court on your behalf
Alberta also operates the Surrogate Digital Service for some eligible self-represented applicants. Probbie is separate from that government service. You are responsible for checking the official option before purchasing.
